BY PARTICIPATING IN THE DRAWING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR, WHICH SHALL BE FINAL IN ALL RESPECTS.

- SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“ET”) on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 3, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

- ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the continental United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, overseas military installations, and where prohibited by law.
Employees of Strong Hold and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members (parent, child, spouse, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of their households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
- PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
In honor of the 250th Anniversary of the United States, Strong Hold is celebrating American manufacturing, craftsmanship, and freedom by offering eligible entrants the opportunity to win one (1) Strong Hold Modular Drawer Storage American Flag Tool Cart through a random drawing.
- HOW TO ENTER
Eligible participants will receive one (1) entry for every qualifying online purchase totaling at least Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000 USD), excluding sales tax and shipping costs, made during the Sweepstakes Period through Sponsor’s authorized online sales channels. Each additional $5,000 increment spent earns one (1) additional entry.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Eligible individuals may alternatively enter by mailing a handwritten 3” x 5” card with their name, address, phone number, email address, and a statement requesting entry into the Sweepstakes to the Sponsor’s designated mailing address or filling out a digital from by visiting: https://strong-hold.com/america-250th-anniversary/
Each entry must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible. By submitting an Official Entry Form, entrants agree to (i) the terms of these Official Rules, (ii) the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all disputes and in all matters relating to the Drawing, and (iii) the sharing of their information with Sponsor and receiving marketing and/or promotional communications from Sponsor.
- PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Strong Hold Modular Drawer Storage American Flag Tool Cart. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,150.
The Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Drawing period. In the event the Winner opts to reject the Prize, Strong Hold reserves the right to give the Grand Prize or Prize to an alternate eligible Winner who next meets the winning criteria, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
- WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about July 15, 2026 from among all eligible entries received.
Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Drawing and the selection of the potential winner(s) are final and binding in all matters related to the Drawing. Sponsor will notify winner by email. Winner must respond to claim Prize within three (3) days of receiving notification of winning. Failure to claim the Prize within three (3) days of receiving notification will result in forfeiture and a new winner will be selected by random drawing from remaining eligible entries from that Drawing period. Only one (1) alternate drawing will be held for the Drawing. If no winner is selected, the Prize will remain un-awarded. All entrants and winners must at all times agree to be bound and comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.
- TAXES AND DELIVERY
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any delivery surcharges, freight handling, or additional costs associated with prize acceptance and use.
- PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, and hometown for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the prize.
- GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky.
- NO GOVERNMENT AFFILIATION
This Sweepstakes is independently sponsored by Strong Hold and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with the United States Government or any America250 organization.
